| DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: | |
| Coordinate the corporate budget process, long-term planning, monthly reporting, prepare financial analyses. Assist in preparing the annual budget and creating current and future year forecasts. Define policies and procedures for all business unit finance reporting activities (7 locations in California and 3 locations in Nevada). Perform research and analysis of financial results. Manage company�s liquid assets. Oversee the company�s borrowing activities. Develop and maintain significant and complex financial models that anticipate business conditions or financial performance. Solve critical business issues and identify business opportunities. Prepare and review complex cost/benefit analyses for various business units. Provide financial guidance on pricing, promotion, and customer contract negotiations. | |
